My Professional Journey
From Corporate Leadership to Digital Innovation.
My career is defined by a relentless pursuit of technical excellence and a commitment to solving complex problems. With a background that bridges Business Administration, Data Analytics, and Digital Strategy, I have evolved from managing teams in corporate environments to leading my own ventures in the digital economy.
1. The Era of Artificial Intelligence & Data (2023 – Present)
Role: AI Data Analyst & LLM Prompt Engineer Company: Turing Company (USA - Remote)
As the global landscape shifted toward Artificial Intelligence, I pivoted my focus to the technical frontier of Large Language Models (LLMs). Working remotely with Turing, a US-based technology leader, I specialized in:
-
Generative AI Training: Creating and refining complex prompts to train LLMs, ensuring high-quality, context-aware outputs.
-
Data Analytics: rigorously analyzing datasets to identify patterns and improve algorithm performance. This role honed my ability to "clean" and interpret data, a skill I further validated with my Google Data Analytics Certification.
-
Technical Precision: This experience positioned me at the intersection of human language and machine logic, allowing me to master the tools that are reshaping industries today.
2. Operational Leadership & Quality Assurance (2016 – 2018)
Role: French Quality Expert & Team Leader Company: EasyTechy Tech Verdic
My foundation in management was built during my tenure at EasyTechy, where I led the French Quality Department. This role was not just about support; it was about operational excellence.
-
Team Leadership: I managed a team of support specialists, overseeing performance monitoring, "barging" live calls for quality control, and training staff to meet international standards.
-
Bilingual Strategy: Leveraging my native fluency in French and professional proficiency in English , I acted as the critical bridge for French-speaking markets, handling high-stakes client support and "second voice" sales closures.
3. Entrepreneurial Ventures (Current)
3.1. Director of Operations & Co-Founder DigiRange LLC (Registered in Wyoming, USA)
My transition into entrepreneurship was driven by a need to create a global platform. I strategically chose to incorporate DigiRange LLC in Wyoming, USA, to leverage the state's tax-free corporate environment and business-friendly regulations.
-
Strategic Corporate Structure: Recognizing the limitations of operating solely from abroad, I partnered with my sister-in-law, Noela (a US Citizen), to facilitate the primary incorporation. While she serves as the registered agent, I personally executed the entire operational setup—securing our EIN, obtaining business licenses, and establishing a corporate banking relationship with Bank of America.
-
Global Financial Infrastructure: This US-based structure was a calculated move to access premium payment processors. This allows DigiRange to seamlessly accept orders from clients anywhere in the world, removing the financial friction that often hinders African entrepreneurs.
-
Service Ecosystem: As the active Director, I manage the delivery of high-tech digital solutions, including:
-
Full-Stack Web Development: creating fully functional, SEO-optimized websites.
-
Ad Campaign Management: running data-driven advertising for clients.
-
AI Product Development: utilizing AI tools to create marketable digital products.
-
Incorporation Consulting: helping other international clients navigate the process of registering their own companies in the USA.

3.2. Medical Facilitation & International Relations
Co-Founder & Strategic Partner Shardace (Operating as Soins Médicaux en Inde known as Africare)
In liaison with the International Department of Sharda Hospital, I co-founded this venture to bridge the critical gap between African patients and world-class Indian healthcare. Working in partnership with my wife, Carine Banza, we established a direct corridor for patients from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to access life-saving treatments in India.
-
Strategic Branding for the Francophone Market: Understanding the linguistic and cultural barriers faced by Congolese patients, we launched under the French brand identity "Soins Médicaux en Inde". This targeted approach builds immediate trust and ensures clear communication for our primary audience in the DRC.
-
Operational & Human Logistics: While I manage the digital infrastructure and institutional partnership with Sharda Hospital, Carine oversees the delicate aspect of patient care—ensuring that families arriving in New Delhi feel supported, understood, and safe throughout their medical journey.
-
Digital Presence: We operate through a dedicated platform that allows patients to consult doctors remotely before traveling. Website: www.soinsmedicauxeninde.org
