I. The Man Behind the Mission: Roots, Heritage, and Heart

Born in Europe, Anchored in the Congo My story begins at the crossroads of two worlds. I was born from a christian familly, rooted in christian values in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, a center of learning and culture, but my soul has always belonged to the Democratic Republic of Congo. I am a son of the DRC, born to Thomas Wetshi Tambwe and Emilie Mayengo Saku.

Growing up in a bustling, vibrant family of seven children, I learned early on that leadership is not about standing above others, but about standing with them. In a large family, resources are shared, decisions are communal, and unity is survival. These lessons from my childhood remain the bedrock of my political philosophy today: we rise only when we rise together.

A Heritage of Reconciliation I am the proud son of Thomas Wetshi Tambwe, a visionary humanitarian who dedicated his life to healing the fractures in our society. My father founded OPURR (Organisation Paix, Unité, Réconciliation, Reconstruction), an NGO that stood as a beacon of hope in the DRC for over 12 years.

Supported by the United Nations and the European Union, OPURR did not just talk about peace; it built it. I watched my father navigate complex tribal conflicts, bringing sworn enemies to the same table to break bread. I saw firsthand that reconciliation is not just a moral ideal—it is a prerequisite for reconstruction. His work inspired my lifelong conviction that working for unity and the common good is a far greater purpose than pursuing narrow self-interest. I am, at my core, a devoted Peace Maker.

This upbringing instilled in me a profound truth that guides my political ambition today: Tribalism is the enemy of prosperity. My vision for the Democratic Republic of Congo is to finish the work my father started—to eradicate the tribal movements that fracture our potential and to foster a unified national identity where every Congolese citizen works for the common interest, not just their ethnic group.

My Sanctuary: The Family Man While my professional drive takes me around the world, my heart remains anchored at home. I am the devoted husband of Carine Banza, a woman of strength and grace who is my partner in every sense of the word. Together, we are raising two beautiful daughters.

When I look at my children, I see the future of the Congo. I see a generation that deserves to grow up in a land of opportunity, free from the divisions of the past. My ambition to serve my country is not just political; it is personal. I want to build a nation worthy of them.

II. The Professional Ascent: Resilience and Excellence in India

My professional journey is a testament to the Congolese spirit of resilience. I did not start at the top. When I arrived in India, a global hub of technology, I began my career humbly as a Technician at Tech Vedict, an IT company. It was there, in the trenches of technical support, that I learned the value of hard work and attention to detail.

Through sheer dedication and a refusal to settle for mediocrity, I rapidly climbed the corporate ladder. I was promoted to Quality Analyst, and later, at HyperQuality in Gurgaon, I rose to the position of Team Leader. I led teams of audio quality assessors, implementing rigorous control processes that improved quality scores by 15%.

Today, I stand as a Senior Data Analyst and LLM Prompt Engineer. My work with US-based companies like Turing has placed me at the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence. I analyze complex data sets using SQL and Python to drive business decisions.

Why does this matter for the DRC? Because our country does not need more rhetoric; it needs competence. It needs leaders who understand data, who can analyze economic trends, and who can implement systems that work. I am bringing the rigour of the international private sector to the public service of my country.

III. ENTREPRENEURIAL VENTURES: Innovation & Compassion in Action

My vision for the Congo and Africa is not just theoretical; it is built on the belief that private initiative must drive public progress. I am a builder of bridges—whether digital bridges that connect entrepreneurs to their markets, or physical bridges that connect patients to life-saving healthcare.

1. DIGIRANGE LLC (USA): Empowering African Ideas through AI & Digital Intelligence

  • Role: Founder & Owner

  • Established: 2019 – Present

  • Headquarters: USA (Operating Globally)

In an era where attention is the new currency, having a brilliant idea is not enough; one must have the capacity to broadcast it to the world. I founded DigiRange LLC with a singular mission: to democratize access to elite digital marketing tools for entrepreneurs and businesses who have the vision but lack the digital infrastructure.

DigiRange is not merely a marketing agency; it is a Digital Growth Engine. We specialize in transforming raw entrepreneurial concepts into globally competitive brands. Leveraging my background as an LLM Prompt Engineer, I have steered the agency away from traditional methods toward the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence.

Our Strategic Focus:

  • Advanced AI Content Generation: We utilize proprietary LLM strategies and AI video generation tools to create unique, high-engagement content that captivates audiences at scale.

  • Precision Advertising Ecosystems: We do not just run ads; we engineer campaigns. By mastering the algorithms of Google Ads and Bing Ads, we ensure that African and international entrepreneurs get their products in front of the exact audience searching for them, maximizing ROI and business growth.

  • The "Digital Architect" Approach: From web design to application development, we build the entire digital ecosystem for our clients, allowing them to focus on their core business while we handle the complexity of the digital economy.

Through DigiRange, I am proving that African-led businesses can compete on the global stage when armed with the right technology.

2. SOINS MÉDICAUX EN INDE (SMI): Bridging the Healthcare Gap

  • Role: Co-Founder & Managing Partner (with Carine Banza)

  • Strategic Partnership: Sharda Care / Sharda Hospital

  • Website: www.soinsmedicauxeninde.org

If DigiRange is the mind of my entrepreneurial journey, SMI (Soins Médicaux en Inde) is its heart. This venture was born from a deep partnership—both professional and personal—with my wife, Carine Banza. Together, we identified a critical gap: thousands of patients in the DRC and across Africa suffer from conditions that are treatable but lack access to the necessary specialized infrastructure locally.

Our Mission: We serve as a vital lifeline, managing the complex medical journey for African patients seeking world-class treatment in India. This is not just a business; it is a logistical and humanitarian operation designed to save lives.

The "Sharda Partnership" Advantage: Through a strategic alliance with Sharda Hospital and other top-tier Indian medical institutions, we provide patients with something priceless: Peace of Mind.

  • Complete Medical Concierge: We handle everything from the initial medical consultation and visa processing to airport transfers and accommodation.

  • Advocacy & Transparency: We act as the patient's advocate, ensuring they receive transparent pricing and the highest standard of care upon arrival.

  • Family-Centric Care: Managing this venture with my wife allows us to bring a unique, family-oriented touch to our services. We understand that behind every patient is a worried family, and we treat them as if they were our own.

Through SMI, we are not just facilitating medical tourism; we are restoring health, dignity, and hope to families across the continent.

MISSION STATEMENT

Equality Meets Opportunity

For too long, tribalism has been the thief of our potential. My vision is to eradicate these divisions and replace them with a single, powerful identity: Congolese.

I am dedicated to support the current president in  building a nation rooted in peace and driven by love, where your last name does not determine your future. We are building a Congo where we earn together—leveraging our soil, our talent, and our technology to feed ourselves and the world.

My commitment is simple: to heal our wounds, unite our people, and restore the glory of our ancestors. Together, we will make the Congo great again.
