My role in the community

1. Strategic Leadership: President (Principal Coordinator)

Leading the Transition "As the President of the Provisional Committee (Coordonnateur Principal), I was appointed to lead the CCI during a critical restructuring phase. This is a temporary mandate dedicated to ensuring administrative continuity, stabilizing our legal standing, and preparing the community for democratic elections.

2. Technical Architect: Website Developer & Digital Strategist

Building the Digital Infrastructure I am the hands-on architect of the CCI’s digital presence. Unlike traditional leaders who outsource technology, I personally design, develop, and manage our web platform, transforming it into a powerful economic engine for our members.

Applied Skill (Digital Marketing & E-commerce): I implemented a "Certified Entrepreneur" showcase, using Google Ads (Search Campaigns) to target high-value keywords like "Medical Treatment in India" and "Congo Cuisine.". By analyzing search data (e.g., the 4,000+ monthly searches for "India" in the DRC), I ensure our members appear at the top of search results, driving real business growth.

Content Creation: I produce and curate the video content, member profiles, and educational resources that populate our site, ensuring a professional and engaging user experience.

Proof of Concept & Functionality: A comprehensive video presentation is available that demonstrates the site as it functioned when live. I created this footage to train members on navigation, showing the fully operational 'Certified Entrepreneur' database, member portals, and digital resources. Web Update: Certified Entrepreneur Showcase & Google Ads Strategy

In this update, we cover:

Entrepreneur Pages: A presentation of individual profile designs (e.g., Letitia Nambo, Chris Masoui). Each entrepreneur has a dedicated space for their photos, videos, and recipes to effectively "market" themselves to visitors.
User Experience: We explain the two methods for accessing profiles (via the general directory or the direct menu) and highlight the importance of providing complete information (email, address, descriptive content)

3. Guardian of Trust: Financial Manager & Accountant

Transparency through Data Trust is the currency of community leadership. In my role as Financial Manager, I have replaced vague promises with radical financial transparency.

Applied Skill (Data Analytics & Accounting): I maintain a rigorous ledger of every Rupee collected and spent. From tracking incorporation fees (16,000 INR) to managing monthly operational deficits, I provide detailed video breakdowns of our financial health.

Reporting: I produce and present monthly financial reports (e.g., October and November), ensuring that every member can verify the allocation of funds—whether for legal fees, event logistics, or administrative costs. This data-driven approach ensures accountability and fosters a culture of integrity within the association.

Custom Financial Modeling (Advanced Excel): I designed a bespoke financial model in Excel, specifically adapted to the unique cash-flow needs of our community. This wasn't just a static ledger; it was a dynamic accounting tool capable of tracking membership fees, event costs, and operational deficits with accounting-grade precision.

Live Cloud Access (Microsoft Cloud Integration): Moving beyond traditional paper reports, I uploaded this model to a Microsoft Cloud environment to create a 'Live Balance Sheet.' I generated unique, secure view-links for members, allowing them to access the file at any time. This system provided instant, real-time updates—meaning any member could verify the community’s financial position 24/7 from their own phone or computer.

The Result: This innovation eliminated suspicion and built a culture of absolute integrity. Members did not have to wait for a monthly meeting to know how funds were used; the evidence was always at their fingertips.

Monthly Financial Report: Funding Status & Progress (November 2023)

In this video, we review the progress of our fundraising efforts and ensure full transparency of our accounts. Here are the key points covered:

Fundraising Status: We have officially reached 63% of our total goal (203,000 Rupees), with a total of 132,351 Rupees collected to date.
November Breakdown: After deducting October expenses, we are starting the month with a balance of 127,851 Rupees.

Transparency & Auditing: We remind all contributors to verify that their names and the amounts contributed match the report and the bank statements.
